Bayou Recovery Fund for Hurricane Ida Relief – Grants Program

Bayou Community Foundation is now accepting grant applications  from qualified nonprofit organizations providing relief, recovery and rebuilding services to Lafourche, Terrebonne and Grand Isle residents in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. 

Initial priority will be given to grant requests for critical relief services such as food and water distribution, medical care, essential supplies, shelter, and supplies to help residents secure damaged homes, particularly in underserved areas of our region.

Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis dependent on funds available in the Bayou Recovery Fund and unmet needs identified in our community.  All grant applications will be reviewed and considered by the Bayou Community Foundation Grants Committee and decisions made as quickly as possible.
